Literature Text
Dear Reader;
Welcome to Novella, a world of backwards understandings and simple miscommunications. One can not say what they mean in the world of Novella as nothing can be said as it is actually meant. It is an impossibility, but so many try so hard to do that very, very thing. So upon that thought and brief understanding of our world, I shall let you meet the one man within Novella who somehow broke a steel wall with a mallet made of bread. This one man managed to say exactly what he meant and it was soon after that we all began to do the same.
His name was Erik Bernard Nothing. That name was given to him as a joke by the father he doesn't talk with and a mother he never knew. A horrible joke on a child who did nothing wrong but deserved to be always reminded he was nothing. Bernard was the family name but we'll let Erik explain everything once he wakes up. See there, in that little apartment on the third floor of that building on the corner of the street? That small apartment filled with roaches and rats is where the man of nothing broke our world's only impossibility. Of course, in the past, when saying that there are roaches and rats inside, we mean that there are not any. Again, you are welcomed to the world of Novella but thanks to that man, who sleeps below; this isn't the case anymore.
Erik Bernard Nothing, while you can't hear me as I tell your story to those reading now, I wish to give you my full thanks. What you did will forever be remembered by all of us in Novella. Sorry to have gone so far off the point of our story. Let us let Mr. Nothing continue the story from here.

Literature
2 Sentence Story
It was a dark and stormy night.
The Earth cradled itself in blankets of black clouds, awaiting its end.
Literature
Unknowable
Unknowable
The darkness pressed against my corneas, diffusing across the transparent boundary into the aqueous humour, as if it were a solid object forcing its way to my retinas, obscuring my vision. The distant creaks of the old house lent a menacing atmosphere to the blackness permeating the almost silent rooms, the almost footsteps complementing the almost-forms of the dark.
As the sleep fell away from me, the looming tenebrosity receded and the house took on a less perturbing aspect. The creaks were just creaks, the shadows in the corners of the room were just the places that the dim light from the power extension cable near the bed did
Literature
Homo homini monstrus
Bones go crunch under my feet
Whom have they all come to meet?
Dark Ones worshiped, what are they?
Symbols and embodiments
Housing that which animates
Nature unbowed and untamed.
What the Dark brings in its core
Shorthand for our inner code
Most conveniently denied
Out of idiocy or pride
Heroism we so crave
We forget from whence all came
Whither it must all return
Yet our inner self proclaims:
Fully aware without pretense
Predator thy mantle claim
Power ever has a price
Rule to serve and fight to guard.
Let the ones who lordship claimed
Serve as lessons of the game
On the world loosed plague and bane
Ravaging without a care
Therefore monster

So I decided to go ahead and try this "Novella" thing. No promises on success after my brain storming session and project failure rate but you never know.
